Desde La Casa Bosque nos alineamos con aquellas actividades o acciones que están relacionadas con la educación y el respecto por el medioambiente, el conocimiento de nuevos proyectos y situaciones que nos hagan pensar en lo que cada uno puede aportar para vivir en un mundo mejor. Por eso nos gusta retomar viejas costumbres y os proponemos CINE POR UN MUNDO MEJOR para la tarde noche del viernes 23 de septiembre a partir de las 20h en el patio de nuestra casa. Es una actividad abierta a todas las culturas que quieran disfrutar con estas proyecciones y las charlas posteriores. Justo este día tendrán lugar numerosas protestas organizadas desde la entidad Friday for Future.
We are screening 2 short documentaries about Sustainable Agriculture, improving the soil and increasing biodiversity. At Casa Bosque we support activities and actions that teach us about the environment, particularly projects that can show us how we can all take action to create a better world. For these reasons and in solidarity with Fridays for Future, who are holding global protests on this date against Climate Change.

Esperamos que al proyectar 2 películas en diferentes idiomas, esto anime a personas de diferentes culturas a unirse a nosotros y compartir pensamientos e e ideas sobre estos temas, tan importantes a nivel mundial, pero también especialmente en nuestra área.
We are open to everyone, from all backgrounds and cultures. We hope by showing 2 films in different languages, this will encourage people from different cultures to join us and share thoughts and ideas about these subjects, so important globally, but also especially in our area.

KISS THE GROUND
El documental ‘Kiss the Ground’ detalla una de las posibles soluciones al cambio climático: la agricultura regenerativa. Expertos científicos y celebridades activistas revelan las formas en que el suelo terrestre puede ser la clave para combatir el cambio climático y preservar el planeta.

There’s hope, though. Kiss the Ground, the documentary directed and produced by Josh and Rebecca Tickell, with Julian Lennon and Ian Somerhalder as Executive Producers, explores how this crisis can be reversed, explaining that when we regenerate the world’s soils we can stabilise the Earth’s climate, restore local ecosystems, and create abundant food supplies.

Es un documental sobre un proyecto en fincas de olivos en Andalucía, que muestra que al mejorar la biodiversidad hay un gran impacto positivo en el cambio climático, reduce la desertificación, las inundaciones, aumenta el rendimiento de los cultivos y también aumenta el dinero que pueden ganar los productores de olivos.
A documentary about a successful project in Olive groves in Andalusia, showcasing that by increasing biodiversity there is a huge positive impact on climate change, a reversal in desertification, a reduction on flooding, an increase on crop yield and a reduction in costs, ultimately making higher profits for the farmers.
